This inaugural Soul Contracts series introduces Jen Bushman’s original body of work and forms the foundation of her forthcoming book and workbook. Through five two-hour classes, you will explore the five core steps of Soul Contract transformation: • Discover • Collapse and Surrender • Awaken and Become Aware • Release • Rewrite, Integrate, and Bloom You will learn how to recognize the Soul Contracts, repeating patterns, and limiting beliefs that have shaped your experiences. Through guided teachings, reflection, and practical exercises, you will begin transmuting the energy of the past, releasing what no longer serves you, and consciously choosing what comes next. This work invites you to understand the deeper purpose within your experiences without remaining anchored to them. As old patterns become visible and their energetic charge is released, you can return more fully to the present and begin living in greater alignment with your soul’s purpose. The series meets every other Sunday beginning September 20 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM Mountain Time. A Wednesday evening question and answer session at 6:00 PM Mountain Time provides additional support for understanding, processing, and integrating the work. An accompanying workbook is included to guide you through each of the five steps and help you apply the teachings to your own Soul Contracts. Whether you are new to Soul Contract work or have studied with Jen before, this inaugural series offers a supportive space for profound transformation, conscious choice, and lasting change.
