My Soul Contract work begins with one important distinction:

your Soul Contract is not a contract with another person, and it is not something you agreed would happen to you before you incarnated into this lifetime.

Your Soul Contract is between you and Spirit, God, Source, or whatever you call the power greater than yourself. It is part of why your soul is here and what you have the opportunity to understand, experience, and transform.

​

In the third dimension, the contract is revealed through reflection and emotion. The people, relationships, experiences, and energies that enter our lives can reflect back to us that which we most need to understand about ourselves.

If your Soul Contract carries I am not enough, for example, that energy may appear in the patterning of your relationship with your parents, your partner, your children, your friendships, your work, and even your relationship with yourself.

Different people.

Different experiences.

The same underlying reflection.

​

The people are not the contract. The experiences are not the contract.

They are opportunities for the contract to be revealed.

​

And that distinction leaves room for something I believe is essential: free will.

​

If every person, relationship, and experience had already been agreed upon and predetermined before we arrived here, where would the opportunity for genuine choice enter? How could we change? How could we create something we had never created before?

​

I don't experience Soul Contracts as finite or predetermined. I experience them as expansive and filled with possibility. We can recognize the reflection, make a different choice, change our relationship with it, and grow beyond what we once believed about ourselves.

​

That is where healing, growth, joy, and ascension become possible.

​

My Soul Contract work moves through five parts, helping us recognize the contract and its patterns, understand what is being reflected, release what no longer serves us, and begin consciously creating something different.

​

What began as a class has grown into an entire body of my original work, including the Soul Contract Series, Soul Contract Coaching, soon to be released book, workbook, workbook for healers, and an oracle deck.

I see the Dimensions as the architecture of the soul.

​

They are not places we travel to. They are states of consciousness that we experience, and each one helps us understand another aspect of who we are.

​

Journey Through the Dimensions explores Dimensions 1 through 12 and how they relate to our conscious mind, subconscious mind, higher self, physical body, energetic bodies, intuition, perception, and spiritual awareness.

​

The more we understand these different aspects of ourselves, the more we can begin to bring them into alignment.

​

And that alignment matters.

​

Many people come to spiritual work to develop their intuitive or psychic abilities. They want clearer guidance, stronger mediumship, a deeper connection with Spirit, or greater confidence in what they see, feel, hear, and know.

​

But developing those abilities isn't simply about learning a technique.

It begins with understanding yourself.

​

When we understand our patterns, our physical and energetic bodies, our subconscious, our higher self, and the different states of consciousness we experience, we create a stronger foundation for everything else.

​

That is where the deeper spiritual work happens.

​

The goal isn't simply to become more psychic. It is to become more integrated. More aware. More aligned. To understand what is happening within you so you can trust yourself, navigate your experiences more easily, and spend more of your life feeling connected, grounded, and genuinely well.

​

From that place, our intuitive abilities and connection with Spirit can begin to develop much more naturally.

​

Soul Contracts help us understand our relationship with self.

The Dimensions help us understand the architecture of self.

​

Together, they create a framework for understanding our human and spiritual experience in a way many of us were never taught.

​

And this work is continuing to grow.

​

What began as live classes is becoming an entire Journey Through the Dimensions library, built from my original teachings and channelings of Dimensions 1 through 12.

I am developing a series of books, companion workbooks, workbooks specifically for healers, and an oracle deck with its own working manual.

​

My intention is to create something people can study, experience, work with, and return to as they grow.

​

Because we don't simply learn about consciousness once.

​

As we change, our understanding of ourselves changes.

And the map opens again.

I have always had an unusual relationship with stones.

​

I don't simply look at a stone and think about its traditional properties. I feel it in my body. I can feel the energy of an individual stone, how it interacts with my own energy, and during Crystal Resonance readings, which stones may best support what someone is experiencing physically, emotionally, energetically, and spiritually.

​

That has made me very particular about the stones I work with.

​

Before I purchase stones for the Rock Shop, I read them. I want to know how they feel and where they came from. I work with trusted purveyors who source directly from individual mines and families whose practices and relationship with the land align with the way I want to do this work.

​

Because to me, a stone is not simply a product.

​

I believe how it was mined, handled, transported, and cared for matters. I have even kept stones rather than selling them because they didn't feel ready to be passed on. I spend time with them, work with their energy, and allow them to simply be here until that changes.

​

That relationship with stone has become the foundation of Crystal Resonance, a growing body of work exploring not only what individual stones are, but how we can intentionally work with them.

​

I am developing a Crystal Resonance Library that will explore the mineral composition and origins of stones, their traditional physical, emotional and spiritual associations, chakra and energetic support, and the ways different stones can be used together.

​

It will also include some of the ways I have learned to work with stones myself, including Trifectas, combinations of three stones selected to work together, and Mounds, a system I use with selenite, crystal and an interchangeable intention stone to create a specific energetic focus.

​

The intention stone can change as our needs change. Sometimes we may need support with communication. Sometimes grounding. Sometimes calming. Sometimes clearing. Sometimes healing.

​

The stone isn't doing the work for us. It is supporting the energetic environment in which we are doing the work.

​

And that is where I see Crystal Resonance going: readings, the curated Rock Shop, chakra and energy work, Trifectas, Mounds, the Crystal Resonance Library, and eventually a collection of books and tools that teach people how to develop their own intentional relationship with stone.

​

I believe we are entering a time when new kinds of healers are beginning to emerge.

 

People are discovering abilities, relationships with consciousness, and ways of working with energy that don't always fit neatly into the spiritual and healing modalities we have known before.

​

I know this personally. My own healing work includes a lifelong relationship with Sasquatch consciousness. That isn't something I learned from a certification program or something I could have discovered by trying to practice exactly like another healer. It emerged through my own experiences, relationships, abilities, and willingness to follow what I was being shown.

 

I believe other healers are experiencing their own version of this right now.

​

And I think it is important that we create room for them.

​

The Healer's Path grew out of my own starts and stops, wrong turns, hard lessons, successes, failures, and the years it took me to understand not only how I work as a healer, but how to build a practice that could actually support the healer I was becoming.

​

This is not a class about becoming me.

​

It is about becoming you.

​

We all stand on the shoulders of giants. There are extraordinary teachers, traditions, modalities, and practitioners we can learn from. But I don't believe there is one correct way to be intuitive, connect with Spirit, work with energy, protect yourself, heal, teach, or build a spiritual practice.

​

Your gifts may not develop the way mine did.

They aren't supposed to.

​

The work is learning to recognize what is authentically yours, developing discernment around it, understanding how to work with it responsibly, and giving yourself permission to let it evolve.

​

I want people to become information gatherers. Learn. Experiment. Ask questions. Take what works for you and leave what doesn't. Stay open. Keep growing.

​

You are the captain of your own ship.

​

But being the captain doesn't mean you have to spend years figuring out every practical lesson the hard way.

​

I did a lot of that.

​

I undercharged. I overgave. I struggled with boundaries. I trusted the wrong people. I spent months figuring out websites, booking systems, YouTube, technology, scheduling, pricing, policies, client communication, and all the infrastructure nobody talks about when they tell you to follow your calling.

​

I also had to learn what happens when the work gets difficult. Difficult clients. No-shows. Complaints. Refunds. Public criticism. Energetic exhaustion. Knowing when to give and when giving has become an unhealthy exchange. Knowing how to finish one session, clear what isn't yours, reset, and be fully present for the next person.

​

Those experiences became part of The Healer's Path.

​

We work with the energetic foundations of a healing practice, including connection, discernment, protection, transmutation, boundaries, sovereignty, and resetting. And we work with the very human realities of creating a sustainable practice: pricing, policies, communication, scheduling, technology, visibility, websites, booking systems, content, and equal energy exchange.

​

The goal is not to hand you my blueprint. The goal is to help you design yours.

​

If I can help another healer shave months or years off the wandering and unnecessary detours while still protecting the discovery that needs to be uniquely theirs, then everything I learned along my own winding path becomes useful.

​

Because The Healer's Path isn't simply about building a healing business.

​

It is about creating the foundation that allows the healer you are becoming to come forward.
