This 90-minute introductory class offers an accessible first look at Jen Bushman’s original Soul Contracts work. You will learn what Soul Contracts are, how they appear through repeating patterns and relationships, and why certain experiences may continue until their deeper purpose is understood. Jen will introduce the five core steps of Soul Contract transformation: • Discover • The Collapse • Become • Release • Bloom You will also experience Jen’s unique approach to this work and gain a clearer understanding of what is explored in the complete five-part Soul Contracts series. Soul Contracts 0 is designed to help you decide whether you feel called to continue into the full series. No previous experience is required, and taking this class does not obligate you to enroll.
