You will learn where these patterns come from, how ancient civilizations understood and worked with them, and why they remain relevant to healing, grounding, and consciousness today. We will explore the core geometric forms, including the point, circle, triangle, square, spiral, Flower of Life, and Metatron’s Cube. Each shape carries a specific frequency and supports different aspects of physical, emotional, and energetic balance. You will learn what each form represents, how it interacts with the human field, and how to work with it intentionally. This class also teaches how sacred geometry supports meditation and healing. Through guided practices, you will learn how to use geometric forms to calm the nervous system, ground the body, align the energetic field, and deepen intuitive awareness. These tools are simple, accessible, and designed for integration into daily life. Sacred geometry is also the doorway to understanding dimensions.
