Unlocking Inner Peace: The Power of Ho'oponopono

I've wrestled with the notion of forgiveness, feeling like it was an obligation I had to fulfill, a burden placed squarely on my shoulders to rectify. Growing up in a dysfunctional family, where love was scarce and fractured, only compounded these feelings. The pervasive sadness and emotional turmoil ultimately led to chronic depression and a series of detrimental decisions, trapping me in a cycle of despair, regret, and a tumble dryer of bad choices.

My journey with Soul Contract work has led me to Ho'oponopono forgiveness, a deeper transmutation of the anchoring energy that has bound me and guided my understanding of forgiveness and grace.

Ho'oponopono embodies a profound paradigm shift in just four sentences

with its transformative prayer:

I am sorry.

Forgive me.

I love you.

Thank you.

*The prayer can be recited in any order – there are no rules to it. What matters is the resonance within you.

I have learned that it's a journey of forgiveness entwined with a quest to understand humanity's essence, leading to profound growth. Ho'oponopono, fragile yet robust like the Tree of Life and totally Holy, resolves conflicts and transmutes negative energy, shaping our reality. It liberated me from the burden of forgiveness as a duty, instilled since childhood, empowering me to heal and foster compassion in action.

Dwelling on destructive thoughts about the past serves neither us nor others, and it does not improve our lives. Instead, it only weighs down our energetic sphere, filling it with toxicity, heaviness, and gloom. Therefore, "Where we are at is what we attract."

We experience what we send into the world with our thoughts and feelings, as the world acts as a giant mirror, reflecting back to us what is in our hearts.

In Ho'oponopono, it is called kuolo-the resonance of the outer world on the inner world. The problems of sickness, struggle & strife, poverty, environmental destruction, and war reflect the inner disturbance in humanity. We seek to bring things back into balance and achieve equilibrium when things become out of harmony. The key is healing the problem within ourselves.

Forgiveness releases us, freeing us from burdens we cannot bear or no longer wish to carry. It is a precious gift we bestow upon ourselves as it heals and makes life easier.

Hello. I LOVE Ho'oponopono. I found it in 2013 on YouTube. Thanks for sharing it. I started to sing it when I needed it and that truly helped me feel better.
